Abstract

The present invention discloses a system for implementing mobile communication based on a wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) core network and a user equipment (UE) access method. Said system includes a serving general packet radio service (GPRS) support node (SGSN), a gateway GPRS support node (GGSN) and an identity location register (ILR) connected with the SGSN and / or GGSN. Said GGSN is set for: maintaining the session connection of the UE; distributing a routing identifier (RID) for the UE; inquiring of the ILR directly or indirectly about the RID of the communication partner; maintaining the access identifier (AID) and RID mapping information of the UE and its communication partner; implementing the data packet routing and transfer; and controlling the inter-GGSN handover of the UE. Said SGSN or GGSN is set for: registering and un-registering the RID of the UE with the ILR.
