Abstract

The invention discloses a weather-resistant low-gloss high-fluidity polycarbonate composition, which consists of a main material and an aid, wherein the main material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 80 percent of polycarbonate (PC), 10 to 55 percent of styrene base resin, 0 to 4 percent of ethylene-acrylic ester polymer elastomer, 1 to 3 percent of delustering agent and 0 to 3 percent of thermoplastic polyester; and the aid consists of an ultraviolet absorber, a radical scavenger and other aids, wherein the ultraviolet absorber is 0.1 to 1 percent of the total weight of the main material, the radical scavenger is 0.1 to 0.5 percent of the total weight of the main material, and the other aids are 0 to 3 percent of the total weight of the main material. The product has excellent weather resistance, lower gloss and high fluidity, keeps excellent mechanical properties and processability, and can be used for various automotive interior trims.
