By adopting the device disclosed by the invention, hydrolysis-acidification and methane producing are combined in a reactor; the transition zone is arranged between the hydrolysis-acidification tank and the methane-producing tank to ensure that sewage can flow into the lower part of the methane-producing tank from top to bottom; and the solar heat transfer system is combined, thus the sewage temperature can be increased, the mass transfer effect between sludge and water can be increased, and the device is good for acid-producing bacteria and methanogens and is very energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
