Embodiment 1

[0017] With reference to the literature (Liu Jiefeng, Han Hanbing, Zhang Jinfeng, et. : 1160 ~ 1162) method, using grinding liquid culture method, wash fresh and disease-free tomatoes with running water, cut into small pieces, soak in 75% alcohol for 3min, treat with 5% NaCl0 for 5min, and rinse repeatedly with sterile water for 5 times , placed in a sterilized mortar and ground into a slurry. Put the grinding liquid in a water bath at 80°C for 30 minutes, dilute it 10 times with sterile water, take 0.1mL and spread it on NA medium, and cultivate it at 37°C for 48 hours, observe the colony shape, pick colonies with different morphological characteristics and culture in NA Separation by streaking on the base, after culturing at 37°C for 48 hours, take a single colony and separate by streaking three times, and purify (Li Juan, Chen Liang, Chen Li, et al. Abstract

The invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B-004. The strain was preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on January 17th, 2011, and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.4557. The strain has the obvious antagonistic effect on postharvest tomato early blight bacteria, can inhibit growth of tomato early blight bacteria, and can be further prepared into an agricultural bactericide using the strain as the effective ingredient, thereby having active and practical meanings for controlling postharvest tomato early blight in a biological control way.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the field of microorganisms, in particular to a bacillus amyloliquefaciens B-004, and also relates to the inhibitory effect of the strain on tomato early blight. Background technique: [0002] Phytophthora early blight is one of the main pathogens responsible for postharvest tomato fruit rot. At present, the prevention and treatment of this disease is mainly based on low temperature storage combined with the application of chemical preservatives. However, low temperature treatment requires a large investment, and it is easy to cause chilling damage in tomato storage, resulting in tomato rot during the low temperature period or in a short period of time after leaving the warehouse. On the other hand, long-term use of chemical agents will lead to drug resistance of bacteria and reduce the disease prevention effect of chemical agents. At the same time, preservatives will have adverse effects on human health and the environment. ...
