Abstract

At present, bulb light sources are mainly filament lamps or fluorescent light tubes which have high power dissipation, short service life and non-uniform luminous beams and contain harmful substances such as mercury and the like. The plastic shell LED bulb comprises a shell, an LED light source, an aluminium base PCB (printed circuit board), a radiator and a power source, wherein the shell is divided into three parts of a lamp cap, a plastic shell and a lampshade which are rotatably connected with one another; the plastic shell is made of fire prevention plastic materials; a plurality of lengthwise perforation thermal convection holes A and thermal convection holes B are arranged on the surface of the plastic shell; and the power source, the radiator, the aluminium base PCB and the LED light source are sequentially arranged in the plastic shell from top to bottom. The manufacturing process of the plastic shell LED bulb comprises the following steps of: welding the LED light source on the aluminium base PCB, assembling the radiator, gluing the aluminium base PCB and the radiator by high heat conducting glue, putting the power source at the inner side of the interior of the plastic shell, then locking the LED light source, the aluminium base PCB and radiator components, after connection, assembling lead wires on the lamp cap and putting the lamp cap.
