Expanded and extruded biodegradable polymer foams are obtained using biodegradable polymers and environmentally benign non-VOC methyl formate as a blowing agent. The blowing agent can be a blend further including at least one co-blowing agent, preferably an environmentally friendly species (e.g., non-VOC), which is either a physical co-blowing agent (e.g. an inorganic agent, a hydrocarbon, a halogenated hydrocarbon, a hydrocarbon with polar, functional group(s), water or any combination thereof), or a chemical co-blowing agent, or combinations thereof. The blowing agent blend can include any combination of methyl formate and one or more co-blowing agents. The polymer foam can include a biodegradable polymer or its blends with other biodegradable polymers or conventional (non-biodegradable) polymers. The methyl formate-based blowing agent blends produce stable foams for various applications, including containers, packaging systems, as well as for insulation and protective cushioning. Processes for the preparation of such foams are also provided.

The carbon quantum dot high in quantum yield can be obtained through an environment-friendly simple one-step hydrothermal method by doping the zinc element for the first time, and the fluorescent quantum yield is high and can reach 63%. The preparation method specifically includes the steps that a carbon source and a zinc source are dissolved to obtain a precursor solution and placed into a hydrothermal reaction kettle to be reacted, after a synthesized product is naturally cooled, the product is separated to obtain a solution, the solution is dried, and the zinc-doped carbon quantum dot high in fluorescent quantum yield is obtained. Raw materials required by the method are few, intermediate products and side products are few, reaction speed is high, and the method is economical and environmentally friendly. The light emitting intensity of the zinc-doped carbon quantum dot is high and can reach 5.8*10<5>, the zinc-doped carbon quantum dot has wide application prospects as a fluorescent probe in biomedical detection, and the zinc-doped carbon quantum dot can be used for trace and quantitative analysis and detection of hydrogen peroxide and glucose.

The invention relates to a pyrolytic synthesis method for water-soluble fluorescent carbon nano-particles, which belongs to the technical field of nano-carbon material preparation processes. A main process of the method comprises: calcining ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA-2Na) or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt (EDTA-4Na) sold on market in a tube furnace under the protection of N2 gas at 400 DEG C for 2 to 3 hours; grinding a sample into powder after calcination; dissolving the obtained powder in a certain amount of ethanol; placing the obtained product in an ultrasonic oscillator for 5 to 10 minutes of ultrasonic treatment; performing high-speed ion separation to obtain supernatant; subjecting the supernatant to rotary evaporation to obtain concentrated solution; pouring the concentrated solution into a beaker; and putting the beaker into an oven for drying so as to obtain the water-soluble fluorescent carbon nano-particles. The product of the invention can be applicable to the field of biomedicine and the application field of luminescent electronic devices.

The invention relates to a copper selenide fluorescent quantum dot and a preparation method and application thereof. The copper selenide fluorescent quantum dot is characterized in that the quantum dot is one of Cu2Se, CuSe and Cu(2-x)Se or a combination thereof; the particle size of the quantum dot is 2-10nm, the quantum yield is 10-60%, and the half-peak width of the photoluminescence spectrum is 30-150nm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: with an aqueous solution with copper salt dissolved in as an aqueous phase and an organic solvent with a long-chain ligand dissolved in as an oil phase, stirring in an inertia protective gas, and heating in an oil bath to form a precursor solution; pouring an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen selenide into the hot precursor solution, and heating for reaction; sampling at different time to obtain organic-phase quantum dot solutions with different emission fluorescence; precipitating the upper-layer organic-phase quantum dot solution; centrifuging and dispersing, and repeating to remove unreacted raw materials to obtain the copper selenide fluorescent quantum dot. The quantum dot does not contain heavy metal elements such as cadmium and the like to realize low toxicity, has the advantages of high quantum yield, uniform particle size, relatively narrow fluorescence emission spectrum and adjustable light color along with excitation wavelength, and can be used for preparing quantum dot solar sensitized cells and LED (light-emitting diode) devices.

The method comprises the following steps: using the human hepatoma cell line HCCLM3 and HCCLM6 which have high transferring ability of the lung and lymph node metastasis as mother cells, performing cotransfection on plasmid DNA of 239 cells through slow virus packaging plasmids to obtain false slow virus particles by expressing red or green fluorescent protein genes through eucaryon, and infecting liver cancer cell strains of the mother cells to obtain the chromosome integrated hepatoma cell line which has high transferring ability of the lung and lymph node metastasis and can stably expressing the red or the green fluorescence. The human hepatoma cell line which has high transferring ability of the lung and lymph node metastasis in vitro can be applied to the tracer studies on tumor cells, the molecular mechanism studies on the recurrence and transferring of liver cancer, as well as the pre-clinical drug efficacy studies on new anti-tumor drugs, thus the human hepatoma cell line has wide application prospect.
