Abstract

The invention provides a phase control signal-generator and a phase control method. The phase control signal-generator comprises a plurality of basic signal generation units. Each basic signal generation unit comprises a controllable phase shift signal generation circuit, an amplitude control and drive circuit and a single channel- multiplex signal adapter which are in an electric signal connection in order. The controllable phase shift signal generation circuit generates a signal possessing certain phase shift. The amplitude control and drive circuit is used for controlling amplitude of an output signal. The single channel- multiplex signal adapter taps a single channel which is generated by the controllable phase shift signal generation circuit and goes through the amplitude control anddrive circuit to same multiplex signals which are corresponding to different input terminal of a detected multi-beam system. The phase control signal-generator and the phase control method can be used for debugging and measurement of a wave beam formation circuit or a wave beam formation algorithm by various multi-beam systems.
