The method is characterized by using the concentration exhaust gas generated by a concentration device during an acetylene preparation process utilizing partial oxidation of natural gas as the stripping gas for removing dissolved gases from carbon black water, and is performed by firstly reducing the pressure of the concentration exhaust gas to less than 13.5 kPa and adjusting the flow to 150-300 m<3> / h, then introducing the concentration exhaust gas into a carbon black water tank for removing the dissolved gases from the carbon black water, and returning the removed gases to the concentration device through a cracking gas main pipe.
