The invention discloses a composite phosphorus removing agent and a use method thereof, wherein the composite phosphorus removing agent is used for treating municipal sewage with high total phosphorusconcentration, the total phosphorus concentration is 5-10 mg/L, and the composite phosphorus removing agent comprises the following raw materials by weight: 75-100 parts of a component A, 4.2-9.5 parts of a component B, and 3-10 parts of a component C, the component A is 15-30 parts of an aluminum salt and 60-70 parts of an iron salt, the component B is a basic flocculant and a granular flocculant, the component C is a carbon source supplementing agent, the basic flocculant is 2-3 parts of polyferric sulfate, and the granular flocculant is 2-3 parts of sodium silicate and 0.2-0.5 part of polyacrylamide. According to the present invention, the used raw materials of the phosphorus removing agent are the common water treatment agents, and are compounded, such that the phosphorus removal rateis fast, and the phosphorus removal rate can reach more than 95%, or even 100%; the process is simple, and the production cost is low; and compared with other phosphorus removing agents, the phosphorus removing agent of the present invention has the following characteristics that the whole phosphorus removing process is more than twice as fast as the similar products while microorganisms are notadversely affected.

The invention discloses a degassing and deodorizing method for acetylene apparatus carbon black water. The degassing and deodorizing method comprises that (1) to-be-treated carbon black water is pressurized, the pressured carbon black water enters a gas stripping tower, and is sprayed on the middle-upper portion of the gas stripping tower, and gas stripping gas enters the tower from the middle-lower portion of the gas stripping tower, and is concentrated tail gas from a concentration section; (2) carbon black water recycled by an acetylene apparatus enters the water spraying section on the topportion of the gas stripping tower, the stripped gas stripping gas is subjected to spray cooling with the carbon black water, and the cooled gas stripping gas enters the middle-lower portion of a vacuum pump sucking tank from the top portion of the gas stripping tower; (3) the carbon black water is sprayed downward from the upper portion of the vacuum pump sucking tank, the stripped gas strippinggas discharged from the top portion of the gas stripping tower is further cooled in the tank, and the gas stripping gas discharged from the tank top is conveyed to a cracking gas total pipe by a vacuum pump; and (4) the carbon black water discharged from the bottom portion of the vacuum pump sucking tank is introduced into the tower kettle of the gas stripping tower, the discharged carbon black water and the carbon black water degassed at the tower kettle are pressurized, and the pressurized carbon black water is conveyed into a subsequent carbon black water groove so as to be further treated. According to the present invention, with the method, the acetylene apparatus carbon black water degassing effect can be improved, and the environmental protection problem can be solved.
