Abstract

A coil (14) is formed by winding a part of a counter signal line (13) within a surface in parallel to a substrate, at the time of arranging the counter signal line (13) electrically connected to a counter electrode (24) on an active matrix substrate (11). An equivalent coil may be formed using a power source line on the active matrix substrate (11).
