Embodiment Construction

[0023] see figure 1 with figure 2 , which shows a schematic diagram and a partial cross-sectional view of tack welding an aluminum alloy T-joint. First, the skin 1 and the stringer 2 that have been pre-welded are fixed on the workbench by a fixture, and the joint form between them is a T-joint, and the length of the entire T-joint is D. The shielding gas nozzle 4 is set so that it is located directly behind the laser beam 3 to be emitted along the welding direction, and then, two lasers (not shown) are symmetrical to both sides of the aluminum alloy T-shaped joint of the skin 1-long stringer 2 spot welding to form several tack welds 5 with a certain length L (in figure 1 , schematically shows three tack welds), and there is a certain interval L' between adjacent tack welds 5. Next, two lasers are used to carry out synchronous and continuous welding on both sides of the T-shaped joint with two laser beams. In this way, the tack welding seam 5 is covered by the continuousl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a double laser beam welding method for a T-shaped joint. The method comprises the step of continuously welding the whole T-shaped joint by using the double laser beams and is characterized by also comprising the position welding step before the continuously welding step, wherein in the position welding step, two joint seams of the T-shaped joint are subjected to tack welding by the double laser beams, so that positioning welding joints are formed on at least one of the two joint seams at intervals and the welding deformation of the T-shaped joint is reduced. Compared with the welding method which does not adopt the position welding step before the step of synchronously and continuously welding on two sides of the double laser beams, the double laser beam welding method for the T-shaped joint has the advantages of reducing welding deformation caused by synchronously and continuously welding on two sides of the double laser beams to the maximum degree and guaranteeing the accuracy of the welding route in the process of synchronously and continuously welding on two sides of the double laser beams. By the method, the welding quality is guaranteed; welding deformation is reduced; and production efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a laser welding method for T-shaped joints, in particular to a double laser beam welding method for T-shaped joints. Background technique [0002] There are a large number of skin-stringer T-joint structures in the fuselage section of the aircraft, which are currently connected by traditional riveting methods. However, riveting not only has low production efficiency, but also greatly increases the weight of the structure. In order to effectively reduce the weight of aircraft metal fuselage and improve production efficiency in the process of passenger aircraft manufacturing, Airbus took the lead in carrying out a large-scale two-beam laser bilateral simultaneous welding test to replace the traditional riveting process, and has been successfully applied to include Mass production of various models including the smallest A318 and the largest A380. Applying the double laser beam simultaneous welding method on both sides can at le...
