Abstract

The thinned fan comprises a motor base, a bearing, an impeller, a stator and a magnetic element, wherein the center of the motor base is provided with a bearing seat, the bearing is accommodated in the bearing seat; the impeller comprises a metal housing, a hub, a plurality of blades and a rotating shaft; the metal housing is provided with a top wall and a circumferential wall extending from the peripheral edge of the top wall axially; the hub is sleeved on the metal housing, the impeller is annularly arranged on the periphery of the hub, the rotating shaft is convexly arranged on the center of the top wall of the metal housing and penetrates in the bearing, wherein the top wall of the metal housing is not provided with a convex ring for placing a shaft, and the rotating shaft is directly combined with the top wall of the metal housing in a laser welding manner; and the stator is sleeved on the outer peripheral edge of the bearing seat, and the magnetic element is arranged on the inner edge of the metal housing and arranged corresponding to the stator.
