Abstract

The invention relates to an ankle joint flexion and extension exerciser which structurally comprises a foot plate, a speed-reducing motor, a motor base, a base plate, a base, two rocker arm frames, two L-shaped rocker arms, an eccentric wheel, a rocker arm shaft, a foot plate shaft, a screw hole lifting block, a lifting screw rod, a guide hole lifting block, a lifting guide rod and an adjusting knob. When in use, the speed-reducing motor drives the L-shaped rocker arms to make a curved reciprocating motion around a rotating shaft through the eccentric wheel, and the front ends of bent arms of the L-shaped rocker arms drive the foot plate to make a curved reciprocating motion, so that heels can be forced to rotate around ankle joints to drive lower limb muscles to make flexion and extension exercises, thereby promoting the lower limb blood to flow back to the heart, and effectively preventing surgical patients lying in bed for long time from lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Due to the reasonable design, the flexion and extension amplitude can be adjusted and can be subjected to both coarse adjustment and fine adjustment; the low-voltage direct-current planet gear type speed-reducing motor is used, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability; and the flexion and extension frequency can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the motor. Thus, the ankle joint flexion and extension exerciser is especially suitable for helping patients lying in bed to make ankle joint exercises.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sports device, in particular to a device capable of simulating the ankle joint movement of a surgical patient during normal walking, helping the muscles of the lower limbs to contract and preventing stagnation of blood flow, and belongs to the medical and health care device for passive exercise. Background technique [0002] Under normal human conditions, the muscles of the lower limbs flex and extend the ankle when walking, and the contraction of the muscles of the lower limbs will compress the veins of the lower limbs, helping to squeeze the blood of the lower limbs back to the heart, especially the calf muscles. Clinically, most surgical patients stay in bed for a long time, which leads to immobility of lower limb muscles, slows down blood flow, and easily coagulates to form thrombus in blood vessels. Orthopedic joint surgery patients have a very high chance of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities. Once a large th...
