The invention adopts pyrophyllite and silicon carbide as main raw materials, and the produced unburned ladle lining brick can resist high temperatures of above 1500 DEG C, has good integrity, good brick joints, good heat stability, and strong molten iron erosion resistance, has a service life of over 800 times for ladles of above 120 T; because the pyrophyllite is cheap but good in quality, the whole product has low cost, good economic benefit, and less consumption of iron-resistant materials per ton.
