By the nanosecond rising edge high-voltage square wave pulse generator, the divider ratio and response time of a voltage divider can be accurately calibrated; not only the rise time of output square waves is ensured, but also the output voltage of the direct current high-voltage power supply can be continuously regulated; the low-voltage control circuit and a high-voltage main circuit are electrically isolated; and the adopted mercury switch is inevitably at a broken position when a control end is broken, so that electrical connection is cut off, and the whole device is safer.
