Abstract

A single tube-series semiconductor laser or a fiber coupling-series semiconductor laser technical scheme is adopted. By using the semiconductor laser otoscope device, an amplified image of an ear drum can be displayed on a display of a digital microscope, and a doctor can select a pore forming position and size of an ear drum while observing the ear drum, and correspondingly adjusting the spatial location and technical parameters of laser for punching during a surgery. The diameter of a pore can be continuously adjusted in the range 0.5-3 millimeter(s), and the power of laser can be continuously adjusted in the range 0-20W, so that the doctor can select the pore forming position as well as the positionand size of a laser spot while observing the ear drum for performing a surgery.
