Embodiment 1

[0019] The total mass of magnesium hydride type hydrogen storage emulsion explosive (magnesium hydride + emulsion matrix) is 50 g, and the magnesium hydride content is 0.5% (=0.25 g) of the total mass. After adding magnesium hydride to the emulsified base, it was continuously stirred with a stirrer for 30 minutes, and the underwater explosion test was carried out after standing for 8 hours.

[0020] The specific formulation of the emulsifying base used is the same as in the prior art, see Table 1.

[0023] In order to carry out a comparative experiment, the emulsion explosive matrix was sensitized by using the conventional sensitizer glass microspheres produced in the prior art to prepare an emulsion explosive. Since the existing experiments show that when the content of glass microspheres is 4%, th...

Embodiment 2

[0031] The total mass of the emulsion explosive (magnesium hydride and emulsion matrix) is 50g, of which the magnesium hydride content is 3% (=1.5 g) of the total mass. After adding magnesium hydride to the emulsified base, use a stirrer to continuously stir for 25 minutes, and perform an underwater explosion test after standing for 30 hours.

[0032] The formulation of the emulsification base used is the same as in the prior art, see Table 3.

Embodiment 3

[0040] The total mass of the emulsion explosive (magnesium hydride + emulsion base) is 50 g, of which the magnesium hydride content is 5% (=2.5 g) of the total mass. After adding magnesium hydride to the emulsified base, use a stirrer to continuously stir for 25 minutes to make it evenly mixed, and then perform an underwater explosion test after standing for 25 days.

[0041] The emulsification base formulation used is the same as in the prior art, see Table 5.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of explosive preparation, in particular to a magnesium hydride type hydrogen-stored emulsion explosive. The components comprise an emulsion base and a sensitized material, wherein the sensitized material is magnesium hydride; the mass of the magnesium hydride takes up 0.2-6% of the total mass of the emulsion explosive; the magnesium hydride is powders with purity not smaller than 95%. The added magnesium hydride is uniformly distributed in the emulsion base such that a part of magnesium hydride has a chemical reaction with water in the emulsion base, and a little amount of hydrogen is released, and foaming effect is performed on the emulsion base, and the detonator sensitivity is improved. When the emulsion base of the mixed magnesium hydride is initiated, the hydrogen bubbles under the function of shock waves produced in emulsion base detonation generate detonation reaction, and at the same time, the rest magnesium hydride quickly releaseshydrogen under the denotation waves of the emulsion base, and the hydrogen joins the detonation reaction of the emulsion base such that the emulsion explosive has characteristics of a high output shock wave peak value, a high impulse and a high energy. The detonation energy of the emulsion explosive is better than that of the common emulsion explosive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of explosive preparation, in particular to an emulsion explosive prepared by using a hydrogen storage substance. Background technique [0002] In the production process of emulsion explosives, the W / O type emulsion is called emulsion matrix, which is the basic body of emulsion explosives and has good stability and potential detonation performance. The ammonium nitrate aqueous phase solution (oxidant) in the emulsification matrix is dispersed into extremely small particles in the oil phase solution (flammable agent). Shows a higher viscosity. The emulsion matrix is an unsensitized emulsion explosive, which has a high density, requires a large amount of detonation energy, and is very difficult to propagate. Therefore, in the process of preparing the emulsion explosive, it must be sensitized by physical or chemical methods. The adiabatic compression and "hot spot" characteristics of the air in the ...
