Abstract

A high-voltage film capacitor with an inductive series structure and a manufacturing method thereof relate to an electronic component and the manufacturing method. The capacitor is formed by leads, a capacitor core and a body. The capacitor core comprises: dielectric layers, a metalized film and electrodes. There are three layers of the dielectric layers and one electrode is arranged between each two layers of the dielectric layers respectively. The dielectric layers, the metalized film and the electrodes are wound so as to make the capacitor core, wherein the metalized film is the outside piece. Inner ends of the two leads are connected with the electrodes respectively and outer ends of the leads are led out of the body. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) winding: winding the dielectric layers, the metalized film and the electrodes so as to make the capacitor core; welding the leads on the electrodes and leading out during a winding process; (2) making a bench; (3) hot pressing; (4) encapsulating, printing and testing. By using a current energy-saving lamp with small power, an operation of starting a capacitor is complex; pollution is existed during a metal spraying process; a width of the electrode is small and there are many other problems. By using the capacitor and the method of the invention, the above problems can be solved.
