Abstract

The invention provides a mold release capable of demoulding for a plurality of times, which comprises the following components: 1 to 3 parts by weight of vinyl silicone oil, 0.4 to 0.8 parts by weight of accelerator, 4 to 8 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 1 to 3 parts by weight of flatting agent, 5 to 12 parts by weight of polyester resin and 70 to 85 parts by weight of diluent. The method for preparing the mold release comprises the following steps: (a), respectively pouring the vinyl silicone oil, polyester resin and diluent into a container, sealing the container and stirring the materials; (b), adding crosslinking agent and flatting agent, and keeping stirring the materials; and (c), finally, adding the accelerator, and stirring and mixing the materials uniformly. By adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the prepared mold release has high film-forming property and is capable of demoulding for a plurality of times; the surfaces of the demoulded products are not damaged; the silicone oil is not transferred; the mold release has no influence to the post processing of the products and can be used for a long time. The mold release and preparation method provided by the invention are particularly suitable for demolding and releasing in the compression process of the polymer composite materials.
