Embodiment 1

[0021] A method for extracting soluble hexavalent chromium compounds in polymer materials, comprising the steps of:

[0022] 1) Dissolving: select acetone to completely dissolve the polymer;

[0023] 2) The first back extraction: Add the above-mentioned dissolved mixture to a saturated ammonium sulfate solution 0.1 times the volume of acetone, mix well, let it stand for layering, and take out the lower aqueous solution;

[0024] 3) The second back extraction: Add 0.1 times the volume of acetone saturated ammonium sulfate solution to the upper organic solution, mix well, let stand for stratification, and then take out the lower aqueous solution;

[0025] 4) Combination: the two aqueous solutions are combined to obtain the fully extracted aqueous solution of soluble hexavalent chromium.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for completely extracting soluble hexavalent chromium from polymers and keeping valence states of chromium in original compounds unchanged. Firstly, tetrahydrofuran or acetone soluble polymers of organic solvents are used; and secondly, saturated inorganic salt solution is used for re-extracting the hexavalent chromium twice to combine a water layer. The method has the remarkable advantages that (1) the method can be used for completely extracting the soluble hexavalent chromium from polymer materials; (2) the method avoids mutual transformation of the valence states of the chromium in the original compounds while extracting the soluble hexavalent chromium, and is beneficial to detection of the content of the hexavalent chromium; and (3) the method is simple in operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical analysis, in particular to a method for extracting hexavalent chromium compounds in polymer materials. Background technique [0002] There are many uses of hexavalent chromium salts, especially the large amount of hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) used in polymer materials. Cr(VI) is mainly used in plastics for coloring, metallization, etching and obtaining certain Special functions such as resistance to extreme temperature and pressure processing; at the same time, Cr(VI) has a good electronic layer structure, and is also widely used in decorative plastic lamps. However, hexavalent chromium is an ingestion poison / inhalation extremely poison, and skin contact may cause sensitivity; it is more likely to cause hereditary gene defects, inhalation may cause cancer, and has a long-lasting danger to the environment. The EU ROHS Directive ("Restriction on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electroni...
