Abstract

The invention relates to an equal-space constant steam pressure measurement method and an equal-space constant vapor pressure measurement device for a distillation range of a petroleum product and belongs to the technical field of on-line analysis of the product quality in the petrification refinery production process. The invention designs a method and a device for measuring an initial boiling point of the distillation range of the petroleum product by utilizing a steam pressure of an oil sample. The method has strong shock resistance and no pollution or signal loss, thus the repeated accuracy of monitoring the initial boiling point of the distillation range of the petroleum product is improved, but also the comparison property between the equal-space constant steam pressure measurement method and a national standard method is improved. An equal-space constant steam pressure uniform-speed distillation method is designed, a linear relation of the distilling speed and the heating power is established, and a uniform-speed distillation testing method regulated by the national standard is equivalently converted into an on-line analysis method. Not only the repeated accuracy of monitoring an intermediate fraction and a dry point of the distillation range of the petroleum product is improved, but also the comparison property between the equal-space constant steam pressure measurement method and the national standard method is improved. A capacitive sensing servo system for measuring the liquid level of the condensed oil sample in a measurement cylinder is designed. The measurement accuracy of the liquid level is ensured. The pollution easiness of a photoelectric servo system is also avoided.
