Abstract

The invention discloses an earthing and turn-to-turn short circuit testing device of a rotor of a permanent magnetic starter motor. The device comprises an earthing tester, a turn-to-turn tester, a test bench, a test rack fixed on the test bench and a drive mechanism which drives a rotor of the permanent magnetic starter motor to rotate, wherein the test rack comprises two oppositely arranged support plates, and are respectively provided with a slot which is clamped on each end of the rotor of the permanent magnetic starter rotor; and in the drive mechanism, the end part of a stand column is hinged with one end of a test rod, and one end of a connecting rod is connected with a turn-to-turn box of the turn-to-turn tester which is lifted through a through hole along with rotation of the test rod. The testing device has the advantages that: 1, the turn-to-turn box leaves from the rotor in an earthing short circuit test, and an earthing test head leaves from the rotor in a turn-to-turn short circuit test, so that automatic switching of the two tests is realized; and 2, the earthing short-circuit test and turn-to-turn short circuit test can be automatically, safely and stably carried out on the rotor, so that the testing quality and the testing efficiency are improved.
