The power supply converter comprises a currentdetection circuit, an SiC device full-control full-bridge, an SCR device phase-control full-bridge, a switching circuit, a voltage detection circuit and a control circuit. Output electrical frequencyof the generator is improved to 1-2kHz, and the weight of a starter generator system can be remarkably reduced. The applicable generator rotation speed range is quite wide. By use of a voltage increasing and decreasing power supply converter topology structure, the high voltage of armature winding voltage of the starting generator is higher than corresponding winding voltage by use of a full-control full-bridge voltage increasing topology, winding current can be effectively reduced and realizability of the motor winding is improved. Own synchronous inductance of the starter generator can be increased, there is no need to add auxiliary big inductors in the power supply converter and additional loss caused by high-frequency ripple current of a three-phase full-control full-bridge injection motor is reduced. A power device in the power supply converter is allowed to work near direct current bus voltage, and requirements on power devices imposed by working voltage and working current are quite low.
