Abstract

The active inhibition method provided by the invention has the advantages that (1) the motion frequency of the slide valve is one half of the flow pulse frequency of a hydraulic system to be eliminated; and (2) maximal overflowing flow can achieve the flow of the slide valve when a piezoelectric ceramics actuator is in maximum elongation quantity.
