Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for reinforcing surfaces of assembly structural member holes. The device comprises an air pipeline (1), two diffusion covers (2), two sealing pads (3), a lower air joint (4), an upper air joint (5) and an exhaust net (6); the reinforcement method comprises the steps of: driving an aluminum alloy pill to circularly move in a circular path by the air toimpact the reinforced surface of an assembly structural member hole so as to change the stress level on the surface of the hole. According to the invention, the device is simple in structure, and themethod is convenient for operation, and the device and the method are fit for reinforcing the surface of any assembly structural member hole, thereby solving the technical problem that the surfaces of a part of large-sized assembly structural member holes cannot be reinforced in a shot blasting reinforcement manner.
