Abstract

The invention discloses a network system based on double call centers. A service network in the system is connected with an access network through a bearer network. The service network comprises two routers and provides network connection of double output port redundancy for the access of the bearer network. The bearer network provides network bearer channels for the service network and the access network and comprises a platform A network and a platform B network which are arranged at different geographic locations, wherein each of the platform A network and the platform B network adopts two core switches to provide physical equipment redundancy. A physical link is arranged between all equipment of the platform A network, the platform B network and the service network and is used as a third-layer link to form a ring network. The access network comprises a position center switch, wherein the position center switch realizes the network access of position personal computers (PC) and internet protocol (IP) telephones. A virtual network isolation technique is used to guarantee the security of service data streams in a call platform.
