According to the liquid dairy product, an antioxidation system which consists of the butyl hydroxyl anisole and the vitamin E is established, and the antioxidation system can effectively alleviate the oxidation loss of the docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the product. A functional liquid drink which combines nutritional raw materials and nutritional ingredients of bovine milk is provided by a reasonable formula and an appropriate process, and has high stability and excellent mouthfeel of the product within the shelf life.
