livestock breeding technology, and more particularly to an acidic
solid environmental conditioner for
pig farms, its preparation method, and its application. By
mass percentage, its raw materials consist of the following components: 80%-90% natural minerals, 4%-8% natural acidic extracts, 4%-8% natural organic acids, 0.5%-1% photocatalytic
nanomaterials, and 1.5%-3.0%
natural compound essential oils; and the sum of the
mass percentages of each component is 100%. The advantages of this invention are that it contains
natural mineral components and natural active extract components, wherein the
natural mineral components are mainly
calcium-based
bentonite and nano-
titanium dioxide; the natural active extract components are mainly phenyl
lactic acid,
citric acid, and
plant extracts; it has antibacterial, dehumidifying, and deodorizing effects; it is safe and non-toxic when applied to pig farm environments, does not induce
drug resistance, leaves no residue, is low in cost, has stable performance, and is easy to use. It can significantly reduce the number of
bacteria in pig houses, reduce
ammonia concentration and
humidity, and plays an important role in maintaining a good breeding environment and reducing the incidence of
disease in pig herds.
