Abstract
The invention belongs to classification and identification of three kinds of Listeriosis, and particularly discloses a method for classifying and identifying Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes, Listeria iuanuii (L. iuanuii) and Listeria innocua (L. innocua) by the combination of a Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) technology and stoichiometric operation (hierarchical cluster analysis). The method comprises the following steps of: establishing an FT-IR spectral information database of the three kinds of Listeriosis, culturing bacteria, making a zinc selenide (ZnSe) window, performing spectral collection and pretreatment, and finally determining a result through hierarchical cluster analysis. The invention has the advantages that: the method is high in resolution, quick, easy to operate and low in cost.
