Problems solved by technology

However, the application of spectral technology in the classification and identification of microorganisms is not yet systematic and mature, especially for the FT-IR identification method of some bacteria within the scope of classification, it is not yet standardized, and it needs to be unified and form a standard method
At present, there is no standardized and unified FT-IR classification and identification method for Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria ovis, and Listeria innocua at home and abroad, and there is no The publicity of the FT-IT spectral information sharing database for the three types of Listeria. This invention can make up for the above defects and establish a standardized and unified FT-IR classification and identification method for the three types of Listeria.

Abstract

The invention belongs to classification and identification of three kinds of Listeriosis, and particularly discloses a method for classifying and identifying Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes, Listeria iuanuii (L. iuanuii) and Listeria innocua (L. innocua) by the combination of a Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) technology and stoichiometric operation (hierarchical cluster analysis). The method comprises the following steps of: establishing an FT-IR spectral information database of the three kinds of Listeriosis, culturing bacteria, making a zinc selenide (ZnSe) window, performing spectral collection and pretreatment, and finally determining a result through hierarchical cluster analysis. The invention has the advantages that: the method is high in resolution, quick, easy to operate and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the classification and identification of three kinds of Listeria, specifically using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) technology to classify Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria monocytogenes, L.monocytogenes), Listeria sheep Rapid classification and identification of Listeria iuanuii, L.iuanuii, and Listeria innocua, L.innocua. Background technique [0002] Listeria exists widely in the environment and is an important pathogenic bacteria in meat, eggs, poultry, seafood, dairy products, vegetables and other foods. Among the taxonomic species of Listeria, Listeria monocytogenes is the most pathogenic to humans, and Listeria ovis is also pathogenic to humans to a certain extent. In recent years, food safety accidents caused by Listeria contamination of food have occurred from time to time. Listeria, especially Listeria monocytogenes, has become a mandatory inspection item in the import and export trade of certain food...
