Abstract

The dynamically self-adapting vehicle network routing method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, a vehicle and roadside nodes initialize an overall system by utilizing historical data, and historical information comprises vehicle arrival rate, average velocity and time required for passing a road; secondly, the vehicle generates the data packets, and obtains routing information and position information of other vehicles and real-time road information of the current road through a GPS (Global Positioning System) and the roadside nodes; thirdly, the vehicle respectively calculates the transmission success rate expectation and the transmission time delay expectation in current circumstances based on a routing policy routing according to the roads and a routing policy routing without regards to the roads; and fourthly, one of the routing policies is selected to transmit the data packets, and the selected routing policy is adjusted as required.
