The invention discloses a parking area-based spider web routing protocol in an urban VANET, which comprises the following steps: 1, respectively selecting a source road intersection point and a targetroad intersection point, constructing a quadrilateral spider web model area, constructing a parking area-based spider web model layer by layer in the model area, and selecting an optimal transmissionpath; 2, according to the characteristic that the position of the parking area is fixed, dividing nodes with communication capability in the whole network into two types, namely a fixed node and a mobile node, and dividing the nodes into two modes, namely a fixed node mode and a mobile node mode; after the transmission path is selected, performing data forwarding along the path by utilizing a multi-mode greedy algorithm; and 3, when the data packet arrives at the current vehicle forwarding node, placing the data packet into different message queues according to different priorities of the data packet, dynamically adjusting the data packet, and quickly processing the emergency data packet. According to the invention, the parking area and the spider web model are combined to construct a newspider web transmission model based on the parking area, and the transmission time delay and delivery rate of the data packet are obviously improved.
