Embodiment 1

[0022] Pre-treating the blended fabric grey fabric with polyester fiber, viscose fiber, and polyester modified fiber as raw materials, the steps are to first put the grey fabric into the dyeing vat for hot water washing, and then add 2Kg of glacial acetic acid for hot water washing under acidic conditions.

[0023] The cationic dye is chemically treated. The cationic dye is immersed in 3Kg ice vinegar and stirred until it is syrupy, and then it is allowed to stand for at least ten minutes, and then rinsed with boiling water to continue stirring. The amount of rinsed water is 10 times that of the dye.

[0024] Dyeing starts after the pretreatment is completed. The step is to put 350Kg of grey fabric in 3500Kg of dyeing water, add 3.64Kg of disperse dye, add 2Kg of leveling agent DC-868, and add 5.39Kg of cationic dye when it is heated to 60℃. Warm up to 130°C for 30 minutes, cool down and wash with water, and finally set the activity.

Abstract

The invention relates to a staining method suitable for blended fabrics prepared from polyester fibers, viscose fibers and modified polyester fibers. The staining method is characterized in that a one-bath one-step staining method is adopted for disperse dyes and cationic dyes, and comprises the following steps: (1) placing pretreated gray cloth into a dye vat according to a bath ratio of 1:10; (2) adding the disperse dyes; (3) adding a levelling agent at a use amount is 0.4-0.6g / L; (4) when a temperature is increased to 60-80 DEG C, adding the cationic dyes; (5) heating to 130 DEG C and carrying out heat preservation for 30 minutes; (6) cooling and washing with water; and (7) blocking the activity. The staining method provided by the invention shortens the process, increases the stand-alone output, and is featured by one-off heating, water washing and waste discharge so as to save large amounts of steam and water and reduce the wastewater discharge.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dyeing process, in particular to a dyeing method suitable for blended fabrics with polyester fiber, viscose fiber and polyester modified fiber as raw materials. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for apparel fabrics, from single raw material fabrics to multi-component raw materials composed of fabrics, and the demand is increasing. Polyester fiber, viscose fiber and polyester modified fiber composed of three raw materials are fabrics, which is one of them. Although the fabric has better wearability and can be woven into ever-changing styles, it has higher requirements on the dyeing process. Because the ionicity of disperse dyes used for dyeing polyester fibers is anionic, while the ionicity of cationic dyes used for dyeing polyester modified fibers is cationic. In theory, anions and cations cannot be bathed in the same bath. Improper operation will ea...
