[0036]The specific configuration methods of the artificial feed shown in Table 1-Table 4 are as follows: Amino acids, vitamins (except vitamin C) and trace metals (except ferric chloride hexahydrate) are respectively prepared as 2×, 10× and 100× Mother liquor, stored at -20°C. Add the amino acid mother liquor to the large beaker, then add the stock solutions of sucrose, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and ferric chloride hexahydrate, and stir until completely dissolved. Then add vitamin and trace metal mother liquor thereto, and vitamin C solution (prepared separately as 10× mother liquor before use). Adjust the pH of the feed solution to 6.8 with 4% KOH solution, and then dilute to the desired concentration with distilled water. Finally, the solution was filtered and sterilized with a disposable Millipore microporous (0.45 μm) filter, and stored at -20°C for future use.
