Embodiment 1

[0061] (1) The compost is selected from the waste compost after fermentation in the waste composting plant;

[0062] (2) Add 60g of the above-mentioned compost into a plastic cup, select tall fescue with full grains, weigh 0.5g of tall fescue seeds, sow them in the cup, and cultivate them in the laboratory at room temperature;

[0063] (3) Apply 0.2g·kg after 17 days -1 Concentration of rare earth lanthanum, continue to cultivate for 10 days, during the cultivation period, the laboratory temperature is 23 ℃, and the relative humidity is 38%;

[0064] (4) Then start to spray acid rain, spraying 12ml once every 5 days, spraying 5 times in total, and then cutting the tall fescue up to the root, rinsing the aboveground part with distilled water, absorbing the surface moisture with absorbent paper, weighing the fresh weight, and then Put it in an oven, fix it at 105°C for 1 hour, dry it at 80°C until it reaches a constant weight, and measure various indexes; the preparation of aci...

Embodiment 2

[0066] (1) The compost is selected from the waste compost after fermentation in the waste composting plant;

[0067] (2) Add 60g of the above-mentioned compost into a plastic cup, select tall fescue with full grains, weigh 0.5g of tall fescue seeds, sow them in the cup, and cultivate them in the laboratory at room temperature;

[0068] (3) Apply 0.4 g·kg after 17 days -1 Concentration of rare earth lanthanum, continue to cultivate for 10 days, during the cultivation period, the laboratory temperature is 30 ℃, and the relative humidity is 60%;

[0069] (4) Then start to spray acid rain. Spray 12ml of acid rain once every 5 days. Spray 5 times in total. Then cut the tall fescue up to the root, rinse the above-ground part with distilled water, absorb the surface moisture with absorbent paper, and weigh the fresh weight. Then put it into an oven, fix it at 105°C for 1 h, dry it at 80°C to constant weight, and measure various indicators; the preparation of acid rain is SO 4 2- ,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for adopting lanthanum to enhance the acid rain resistance of garbage compost matrix Festuca elata turf. The method comprises the following steps of: adding 60g of garbage compost into a plastic cup; selecting full Festuca elata seeds; weighing 0.5g of the Festuca elata seeds and sowing in the cup; culturing in a laboratory at room temperature; 17 days later, applying the rare earth lanthanum with a concentration of 0.2-0.4g.kg<-1> and continuously culturing for 10 days, wherein the temperature of the laboratory in the culturing period is 23-30 DEG C and the relative humidity is 35-70%; starting to spray acid rain, wherein 12ml of acid rain is sprayed one time, the acid rain is sprayed one time per 5 days and the acid rain is totally sprayed 5 times; and measuring all indexes after treating. A test result of the method provided by the invention shows that under a condition of acid rain stress, the rare earth lanthanum can be used for relieving the harmof the acid rain stress to the Festuca elata, increasing the intracellular osmoregulation matters of the Festuca elata, restraining the peroxidation of cell membrane lipids, maintaining the stabilityof cell membranes, increasing the content of chlorophyll and enhancing the photosynthesis of the Festuca elata to accumulate photosynthetic products, so that the stress resistance of the Festuca elata is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a method for cultivating tall fescue with compost of municipal domestic garbage as a substrate. More specifically, it is a method of using lanthanum to enhance the anti-acid rain of tall fescue turf as a waste composting substrate. Background technique [0002] Municipal solid waste compost is rich in organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and can be used as a turf culture substrate for urban lawn establishment. The use of urban domestic waste compost for turf culture substrates solves the problem of traditional turf production that consumes fertile soil, saves agricultural land resources, alleviates the current situation of high population pressure and shortage of land resources, and broadens the application of garbage compost, reducing The cost of garbage treatment and the transportation of garbage compost to other places are a...
