The temperature, needed by degumming, of the solution can be achieved within short time by adopting auxiliary microwave heating; and the sealed reaction vessel can generate high pressure in heating, thus being capable of enabling the solid gum on the sisal hemp leaves to be quickly detached from a solid fiber interface. Due to adoption of higher temperature and pressure, the sisal hemp leaves can be degummed within shorter time so as to obtain fiber in leaves.
