The system comprises four sensor nodes: a new node, access nodes, cluster head nodes and cluster nodes, wherein the cluster head nodes comprise fixed cluster head nodes and a mobile cluster head node; the access nodes and the fixed cluster head nodes have routing and forwarding functions; and one access node and more than one fixed cluster head nodes form a tree structure to form a routing backbone network of a 6LoWPAN wireless sensor network. The cluster nodes are used for collecting data, and the data is routed through the tree structures formed by the access nodes and the fixed cluster head nodes. A cluster comprises one cluster head node and a plurality of cluster nodes, and the cluster nodes are in the jump range of the cluster head node. A topological structure takes the shape of a star.
