Embodiment 1

[0014] The Cornus officinalis seed extract of this embodiment is extracted by the following steps:

[0015] 1) Take the Cornus officinalis kernel from the pulp, dry it with hot air at 60°C for 10 hours, and then dry it in a microwave with a microwave frequency of 2450MHz, a microwave power of 15KW, and a time of 20min; after drying, crush the Cornus officinalis kernel into a powder of 20 meshes. In the percolation tank, use petroleum ether 5 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, and then use 5 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, collect the acetone percolate, and recover the acetone solvent to obtain the total extract;

[0016] 2) Take the total extract obtained in step 1) and add 1 volume (total extract) to disperse in water, and load the sample on HP-20 macroporous resin adsorption column. The amount of resin is 8 times the volume of the total extract, and the diameter is high. The ratio is 1:5, and the adsorption flow rate is 0.1BV / h; ...

Embodiment 2

[0019] The Cornus officinalis seed extract of this embodiment is extracted by the following steps:

[0020] 1) Take the Cornus officinalis kernel from the pulp, dry it with hot air at 80°C for 8 hours, and then dry it with microwave at a microwave frequency of 2450MHz, a microwave power of 13KW, and a time of 25min; after drying, crush the Cornus officinalis kernel into a powder of 60 meshes. In the percolation tank, use petroleum ether which accounts for 7 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, then use acetone which accounts for 8 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, collect the acetone percolate, and recover the acetone solvent to obtain the total extract;

[0021] 2) Take the total extract obtained in step 1) and add 1.5 times the volume (total extract) of water to disperse, and load the sample on the HP-20 macroporous resin adsorption column. The amount of resin is 10 times the volume of the total extract, and the diameter is high. The...

Embodiment 3

[0024] The Cornus officinalis seed extract of this embodiment is extracted by the following steps:

[0025] 1) Take the cornus officinalis core from the pulp, dry it with hot air at 100°C for 5 hours, and then dry it with a microwave at a microwave frequency of 2450MHz, a microwave power of 10KW, and a time of 30min. After drying, crush the cornel core into a powder of 100 meshes. In the percolation tank, use petroleum ether that accounts for 10 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, and then use acetone that accounts for 10 times the volume of the powder for percolation extraction, collect the acetone percolate, and recover the acetone solvent to obtain the total extract;

[0026] 2) Take the total extract obtained in step 1) and disperse in water of 2 times the volume (total extract), and load the sample on the HP-20 macroporous resin adsorption column. The amount of resin is 12 times the volume of the total extract and the diameter is high. The ratio is 1:10,...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dogwood kernel extract which is prepared by the following steps of: 1) grinding the dry dogwood kernel into powder of 20-100 meshes; performing percolation extraction of the powder by use of petroleum ether; performing percolation extraction by use of acetone; collecting the acetone percolate; and recycling the acetone solvent to obtain the total extract; 2) adding water to disperse the total extract, and loading to a macroporous resin adsorption column, wherein the amount of resin is 8-12 times the volume of the total extract, the diameter-height ratio is 1:(5-10), and the adsorption flow rate is 0.1-0.5BV / h; and 3) after the loading, eluting with 12-20BV of 10% methanol aqueous solution, wherein the flow rate is 1-3BV / h; and collecting the eluent and recycling the solvent to obtain the blood pressure reducing extract. The test proves that the dogwood kernel extract disclosed by the invention has a blood pressure reducing function, and can be used as the active substance of blood pressure reducing medicines, foods or healthcare products.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an extract of Cornus officinalis fruit, and at the same time relates to the application of the extract in the preparation of antihypertensive drugs, belonging to the technical field of medicine. Background technique [0002] Cornus (Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc.) Cornus deciduous shrubs or small trees. It is an important traditional Chinese medicine in my country. It is rich in vital active substances such as amino acids, vitamins, trace elements, gallic acid, malic acid, ursolic acid, etc. It has immune regulation, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, treatment of diabetes, anti-shock, and heart strengthening. It has many functions, such as anti-arrhythmic effect, treatment of infertility, anti-AIDS effect, etc. Compound medicine containing cornus pulp is widely used clinically. Dogwood only uses its pulp as medicine, which can only meet one third of the domestic market demand, and the lack of resources urgently needs to be resolved. Th...
