Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a shot peening strengthened tungsten carbide rotary sheet, comprising the following steps of: preparing glue; stacking tungsten carbide balls on a glass fiber net well brushed by the glue, wherein a plurality of rows of tungsten carbide balls are arranged on the glass fiber net and a plurality of balls are stacked on each row, and the balls are guaranteed to be well stacked within 1.5 hours so as to prevent the glue from being cured; coating the glue on the stacked balls and the periphery of the balls; curing for 15-20 hours at a room temperature; putting the balls and a polytetrafluoroethylene plate into an oven of 100 DEG C to be cured for 8 hours; taking a thin glue skin between non-shot tungsten carbide ball ends of single sheets of two prepared rotary sheets as a medium and splicing by 502 glue; and pressing to obtain a product.
