The invention relates to cosmetics and especially relates to a freckle removal liquid. The freckle removal liquid is a toning for removing freckles and a part of punctate pigmented spots. The freckle removal liquid is characterized in that phenol as a remover and traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients are mixed and prepared into an ethanol solution, wherein a mass ratio of ethanol, phenol, Chinese angelica, Taiwan angelica root, safflower, red sage root to borneol is 30: (80-100): (15-20): (10-15): (8-10): (8-10): (5-6). The freckle removal liquid utilizes phenol as a permeating agent, and realizes removal of freckle from epidermis by using weak acidity of phenol so that active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine can be permeated into the skin to produce effects thereby beautifying the skin. Traditional Chinese medicines of Chinese angelica, Taiwan angelica root, safflower and red sage root have effects of invigorating the circulation of blood, removing freckle and repairing the skin. Borneol has permeation effects. Through synergism of the traditional Chinese medicines, the freckle removal liquid can produce satisfactory effects.
