The golden rice tofu prepared by adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention is fresh and tender in taste and oily but not greasy, contains various vitamins, can be used for preventing and treating the colorectal cancer, constipation, dysentery and hernia, facilitates the weight reduction, elimination of toxicants, skin beautification, beautification, dressing and preservation of youthful vitality, has the effects of clearing heat, relieving inflammation or internal heat, quenching thirsty, and tasty and refreshing, and further has the effects of eliminating summer-heat by cooling, satisfying a craving for good foods, refreshing, energizing, relieving summer heat and the like in summer.
