The resin coating (4) comprises, at a specific mixture ratio, a urethane resin having a glass transition point of 100ºC to 150ºC, a colloidal silica having a primary particle diameter of 5 to 80 nm, and an inner wax having a primary particle diameter of 0.05 to 5 µm and a molecular weight of 1,000 to 16,000.
