Abstract

A torrential flood sensing device is composed of an independent water flow sensor and an independent water level sensor jointly. The water flow sensor is formed by a water flow impulsive force sensing frame, a pull rope and a dynamometer, wherein the flow impulsive force sensing frame is connected with the dynamometer through the pull rope. A sliding rod assembly and a dynamometry internal resistance wire ring are installed in a fixed sleeve of the dynamometer, a force spring is sleeved on the sliding rod assembly, and one ends of a sliding brush and a sliding rod are both installed on a spring supporting ring at the tail end of the sliding rod. The water level sensor is formed by a water level follow-up device, a water level sleeve and a water level internal resistance wire ring. The water level follow-up device is provided with a floater and a gravity drop-hammer, two ends of the sliding pull rope are respectively connected with the gravity drop-hammer and the floater through a fixed pulley on the water level sleeve, and the dynamometer and the sliding brush in the water level follow-up device are both connected with the internal resistance wire rings. When water flow or water level changes, the position of the spring or the gravity drop-hammer changes to cause displacement of the sliding brush contacted with the resistance wire ring, and resistance of the change is output.
