Abstract

The system utilizes hardware environments, support platform software and data platform software of a power grid dispatching decision support system, wherein a hardware part can be divided into a computer network, a data acquisition part, a real-time monitoring and control part, a historical data storage part, a static safety analysis part, a network safety device, dispatcher workstations, a maintenance workstation and the like; and the software of the system adopts a WINDOWS system, simulation analysis software power system analysis software package (PSASP) and an advanced support platform. Real-time data acquired by a computer and data acquisition module are transferred to the real time monitoring and control module to perform various treatment and conversion by communicating with a communication server; correlated data and parameters are stored into a historical data storage module, finally, a machine operating power grid advanced application software serve as a terminal workstation and a client, an optional scheme is provided for operation personnel and dispatchers through a man-machine dialogue window, potential unstable factors in the power grid are studied in advance and out-of-limit conditions of the system are eliminated.
