Embodiment 1

[0047] Take 500g of cranberry fruit, crush it, add 2.5L of ethanol solution with a pH of 3.0 and a mass fraction of 65%, extract in countercurrent at 30°C for 4h, filter and collect the filtrate and concentrate to obtain 61.56g of cranberry extract. The "concentration" refers to low-temperature vacuum concentration, and the temperature is controlled at 15°C. The degree of concentration is to control the solid content of the final cranberry extract to 0.5% by weight.

Embodiment 2

[0049] Take 500 g of cranberry fruit, pulverize, add 2.5L of ethanol solution with a pH of 1.0 and a mass fraction of 75%, and extract in countercurrent at 40°C for 6 hours. After filtration, the filtrate is combined and concentrated to obtain 62.37 g of cranberry extract. The "concentration" refers to low-temperature vacuum concentration, and the temperature is controlled at 15°C. The degree of concentration is to control the solid content of the final cranberry extract to 0.5% by weight.

Embodiment 3

[0051] Take 500 g of cranberry fruit, pulverize, add 2.5L of ethanol solution with pH value of 1.0 and 85% mass fraction, and extract in countercurrent at 60°C for 6 hours. After filtration, the filtrate is combined and concentrated to obtain 61.47 g of cranberry extract. The "concentration" refers to low-temperature vacuum concentration, and the temperature is controlled at 15°C. The degree of concentration is to control the solid content of the final cranberry extract to 0.5% by weight.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cranberry extract, which is characterized in that the cranberry extract is extracted by adopting a countercurrent extraction method. The countercurrent extraction method comprises the following steps of: (1) smashing cranberry fruits; and (2) adding ethanol solution with a PH value being 1.0-3.0, and mass fraction being 65-85 percent, carrying out countercurrent extracting for 4-6 hours at the temperature of 30-60 DEG C, filtering, merging and collecting filter liquor, and concentrating to obtain the cranberry extract. Due to the adoption of the countercurrent extraction method, original anthocyanin ingredient in cranberry can be fully extracted, and compared with a method in the prior art, the countercurrent extraction method has the characteristics that the material processing is easier, the solvent is saved, the extraction efficiency is high, the cost is low, and the like, and is applicable to industrial production; and in addition, the cranberry extract has substances capable of inducing eosinophilic granulocyte to apoptosis and activating MBP kinase.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of extraction of plant active ingredients, in particular to a cranberry extract. Background technique [0002] Cranberry, also known as cranberry, cranberry, English name Cranberry, is the common name of the subgenus Cranberry (scientific name: Oxycoccos, also known as the subgenus of Artemisia) in the azalea family Vaccinium. All of the species are evergreen shrubs, which mainly grow in acid peat soils in the cool regions of the northern hemisphere. The flowers are dark pink with racemes. Red berries can be eaten as fruits. It is currently grown in large quantities in some areas of North America. [0003] The chemical composition of the cranberry plant is complex and has a variety of biological activities. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made more in-depth studies on its pharmacological effects, biological activities and clinical aspects from different angles, providing a basis for its clinic...
