Water for injection is taken as a carrier; and 100ml of injection contains 3 to 7g of lincomycin hydrochloride and 8 to 12g of spectinomycin sulfate. The invention has the advantages that the injection is safe and reliable, and has low toxic or side effect and high bioavailability; lincomycin hydrochloride-spectinomycin sulfate is prepared into a compound hydro-acupuncture injection, the injection has a synergistic effect and a relatively wide antibacterial spectrum, can remarkably strengthen the antibacterial activity on mycoplasmas, can act quickly, and has low toxicity, and the therapeutic dose of the injection does not have adverse affect on chickens and pigs; and the injection has a good effect of treating respiratory diseases of livestock, particularly mycoplasmal pneumonia, digestive tract diseases of the livestock, and chicken chronic respiratory diseases which are caused by mycoplasma gallisepticums, is favorable for reducing the medicine tolerance of medicines, and prolongs the service life of the medicines.
