Abstract

The discharge device comprises a tempered glass operating table (1), two discharge electrodes (4) and a current limiting resistor (5). The tempered glass operating table (1) is hollowed-out to enable the discharge electrodes (4) to be exposed, and a clamp for measurement is fixed to the surface of the tempered glass operating table and connected with a measuring device through a signal line. The two discharge electrodes are fixed to the back of the tempered glass operating table through screws and extend out of the middle hollow of the operating table. The two discharge electrodes are welded to two ends of the current limiting resistor respectively to form a serial connection structure.
