Abstract

The invention discloses a method for hermetically sealing metal heat tubes. The method includes the steps of (1) heating an end port at one end of the metal heat tube for 3 to 10 minutes at the temperature of 0.5-0.6 time of recrystallization temperature of the metal heat tube; (2) sealing the heated end port of the metal heat tube in a pressure manner for 1-10 minutes by two arc-shaped pressing blocks; (3) subjecting the sealed end port to reinforcing treatment after the sealed end port is cooled so as to complete hermetical sealing at one end of the metal heat tube; and (4) hermetically sealing the other end port of the metal heat tube by repeating the step (1), the step (2) and the step (3) after the metal heat tube is subjected to vacuum pumping and working medium pouring.
