A Freon foaming agent R11 in polyurethane of a heat-insulation layer in a refrigerator is recycled and the polyurethane containing the foaming agent is crushed to be granularity being 0.3mm; and pressurizing, reducing the temperature, cooling and liquefying to escape the R11; and enabling the liquid R11 to pass through a gas-liquid filter and finally adding the liquid R11 into a storage pot.
