Multiple components are integrated together, so that the portable quality detection device has a compact structure, and is convenient for carrying about; a fan is additionally arranged in the host box, so that the portable quality detection device has good heat radiation property and can be used for a long time; a spring is additionally provided, the sealing property between the fruit and an optical fiber probe is enhanced, and the detection precision is improved; the demands of fruit growth process monitoring, mature period prediction, fruit sugar degree and hardness grading can be met; and a device touch screen is changed into a touch screen, thus the portable quality detection device brings more convenience for the operation, is higher in detection speed, and is suitable for field rapid nondestructive detection of the sugar degree and the hardness of the fruit on the aspects of the inside quality.
