The high light-permeability antenna is manufactured by means of micro-nano machining technology, and the influences of the conductive materials on the light transmittance of the antenna are enabled to be reduced to the lowest. Due to the fact the width of each groove is in micro-nanoscale, the conductive materials are enabled not to be limited to transparent conductive materials, and other materials can be used, for example, nanometer silver paste. In addition, by means of the micro-nano machining technology, the high light-permeability antenna with the integrally formed transparent substrate and the conductive materials is achieved, the thickness of the antenna is reduced, and deformation of and damages to the antenna are not caused easily.
